Wafers Shipment

You will find on this page all the forms that you will need to ship wafers to NOVASiC.

The file called New order placement (Euro and US Dollar) gives general instructions.
Also included is a credit card form in case you choose to use this convenient method to pay for your orders. Please email the credit card information directly to sales@novasic.com
The QCS (quality control sheet) is also very important. This document gives our staff the information they need to produce the best polish of your wafers. Please fill it out as completely as possible and email it to sales@novasic.com.

Regarding shipping we have a long experience with FedEx and suggest that you use them. You can also use any other carrier with whom you have an account and communicate it to us for the return.

Please note that the postal code for shipments is 73370 and the city is Le Bourget du Lac. We look forward to receiving your orders.
