You will find on this page all the forms that you will need to ship wafers to NOVASiC.
• The file called “Shipment details” gives general instructions.
• “Order placement” gives instructions for placing the order and paying for our services. Also included is a credit card form in case you choose to use this convenient method to pay for your orders. Please fax the credit card information directly to our French office: +33 (0)4 79 65 97 21.
• The “ProForma invoice“ needs to be completed and 3 copies enclosed with your shipment. Please take a look at the example enclosed in the ProForma. If the form is filled out correctly, the material moves through customs quickly and without additional fees. If it is not correct, there can be delays and costs. If you have any questions, please ask our Sales Department.
• The QCS (quality control sheet) is also very important. This document gives our staff the information they need to produce the best polish of your wafers. Please fill it out as completely as possible and email it to shipment@novasic.com.
Regarding shipping we have a long experience with FedEx and suggest that you use them. You can also use any other carrier with whom you have an account and communicate it to us for the return.
